Shipping Methods

We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping – £12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes full tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Returns & Exchanges

Should your purchase not meet expectations, our Cambridge team is here to ensure a resolution as elegant as our designs.

Our Return Commitment

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Bridal undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
    • Customized items from our Bridal and Modest collections
    • Seasonal sale items marked “Final Sale” from our Fall/Winter 23 and Resort 24 collections

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.

Step 3: Package Carefully

Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached, using the protective measures we’d employ for our finest gowns.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the package to our Cambridge boutique at:

We recommend using a tracked service – returns are at customer’s expense unless faulty.

Exchange Process

For exchanges within our current collections (size or color changes):

  • Follow the same initiation process as returns
  • Specify your desired replacement item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
  • We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

For exchanges, your new item will ship via your original delivery method once processed.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote areas):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We cannot refund any customs/duties paid on the original order
